Wow!! Is the least I can say boys and girls. This is the fabulous, outstanding, amazing 2009 official calendar. Its really an amazing work. This time was produced just to be sold on the Official and completely new Iron Maiden web shop ( its not Eddies megastore anymore boys and girls), I think its the first time they did this.
So, the calendar this time is more smaller, its a bit more bigger than a A4 sheet of paper, you have a photo on top and bellow you have the calendar with big squares for each day so you can write there your meetings, birthdays, Maiden gigs, ehehe, etc etc. The photos are all from the now legendary and not over yet (there will be a second part of this tour starting in February 2009), Somewhere Back In Time World Tour 2008. The photos are really amazing, all provided by John McMurtrie ( stay tune because this guy is planing to release a book just dedicated to this Maiden tour). The background artwork was made by the great Hervé Monjeaud based on the original artwork by the master Derek Riggs. The quality of the paper is outstanding, it really surprised me, its very shinning boys and girls, I'm so happy with this item, what a great addition to my collection.
So, if you want this baby just rush to the Iron Maiden new web shop and buy it, its not going to be available on Amazon and regular web sites, just on the Maiden web shop.
